Your Recovery Strategy
-
Assess the System
During the early stage of treatment, we evaluate how your body moves, loads, and responds by assessing the spine, pelvic floor, nervous system, and other tissues to identify the “why” behind your pain or limitation. This is where we begin your treatment plan.
-
Address the Source
Once we understand more of the “why”, we are able to address the source by providing individualized care including manual therapy, exercises, and movement retraining. Most patients will notice a positive change and relief towards the end of this stage.
-
Build Strength and Capacity
In this stage, you begin feeling more like yourself again with greater than 80% relief in symptoms. Sessions are scheduled progressively farther apart to implement what you’ve learned to become confident in navigating flare-ups and continuing to build strength with the end goal of ultimately returning to activities without breakdown.
-
Lock In Long-Term Results
This is the final stage. Your symptoms are well managed and resolved. You have met your goals and you feel in control of your health moving forward. At this point, we recommend sessions on an as needed basis to support any questions or change in goals that may arise.
Your Pelvic Health Questions, Answered
-
Our practice is dedicated entirely to pelvic health. Every session is a full hour, one-on-one with your physical therapist. We don't just treat symptoms. We assess the whole body to find what's actually driving the problem and create a plan that leads to lasting change.
-
We've completed extensive advanced training in pelvic health and exclusively treat pelvic floor conditions for both men and women. Your session is always one-on-one with your therapist, never handed off to an aide or tech. And because pelvic floor symptoms are rarely just about the pelvic floor, we take a total-body approach to find your "why."
-

Absolutely. Many of our patients have seen other providers and didn't feel it was the right fit. Our specialized training, whole-body approach, and individualized treatment plans often uncover things that were missed previously.
-
We start by listening. You'll share what's going on while we ask questions to find the root cause of your symptoms. From there, we assess your posture, breathing mechanics, strength, coordination, movement, and pelvic floor function. Everything we find guides a treatment plan built specifically around your goals.
-
