Pelvic pain, leakage, sexual dysfunction, and postpartum issues can impact every part of your daily life, but they don't have to. At Pelvic Symphony PT, every session is one-on-one with your physical therapist. No cookie-cutter plans. We listen, identify what's driving your symptoms, and build a treatment plan around your body and your goals. Comfortable care, real answers, no judgment, for both men and women.

  • Pelvic Pain Conditions

Pelvic pain can feel overwhelming, frustrating, and often hopeless - but you are not alone. We assess thoroughly and guide you step-by step to lock-in lasting relief.

  • Pregnancy & Postpartum

You should not have to deal with pain or issues in the pelvic floor during pregnancy or postpartum. We aim to provide supportive care during your pregnancy so you feel more confident going into birth and healing postpartum.

  • Sexual Health

We understand how isolating and discouraging sexual health concerns can feel - especially when pain, tension or performance changes start affecting intimacy and connection. These issues are common and treatable.

Pelvic Floor Health for Men and Women

Your pelvic floor supports bladder control, bowel function, sexual health, and core stability. When it's not working properly, the effects can reach into every part of your daily life. Whether you're dealing with postpartum recovery, prolapse, pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction, or urinary issues, Pelvic Symphony PT provides specialized one-on-one care tailored to your body and your goals.

How We Help

  • Dry Needling

Dry needling is a skilled technique that uses a thin, sterile needle to target tight or irritated muscle tissue to reduce pain and improve muscle function. We are trained in all areas of the body including the pelvic floor.

  • Low Pressure Fitness

Low Pressure Fitness incorporates controlled breathing and hypopressive exercise in specific postures to reduce pressure and provide support to the pelvic floor, improve core stability, and restore myofascial mobility.

  • Birth Preparation

Childbirth can feel overwhelming and there are a lot of unknowns especially if it is your first time. We want to help you feel more confident going into birth providing education on exercises, perineal releases, pushing coordination, and even active partner support.

  • Pelvic Floor Assessment

A pelvic floor exam is a gentle assessment used to evaluate tissue function and health to better understand the root cause of your symptoms and guide an effective treatment. We understand this may feel vulnerable and our goal is to help you feel comfortable and respected.

  • Movement Training

Whether you are someone recovering from pain or issues in the pelvic floor, we are here to guide you through movement re-training to feel confident in returning to all exercises and activities you enjoy.

Your Pelvic Health Questions, Answered

  • We start by listening. You'll share what's going on while we ask questions to find the root cause of your symptoms. From there, we assess your posture, breathing mechanics, strength, coordination, movement, and pelvic floor function. Everything we find guides a treatment plan built specifically around your goals.

  • No. Colorado is a direct access state, which means you can schedule pelvic floor physical therapy without a referral or prescription. If you do have one, you're welcome to email it to info@pelvicsymphonypt.com or fax it to 720.428.2875.

  • Absolutely. Men experience pelvic floor dysfunction too, including pelvic pain, urinary issues, bowel concerns, and erectile dysfunction. We've completed advanced training specifically in men's pelvic health and treat male patients regularly.

  • Pelvic Symphony PT is an out-of-network provider. We collect payment at the time of your visit and provide a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits. We accept FSA and HSA. Being out of network allows us to provide full one-hour sessions of specialized, one-on-one care without insurance-driven limitations.

  • Our practice is dedicated entirely to pelvic health. Every session is a full hour, one-on-one with your physical therapist. We don't just treat the pelvic floor in isolation. We assess your whole body to find what's actually driving your symptoms and build a plan that creates lasting change.
